Quality Inn GLENPOOL/TULSA

I reserved a NON-SMOKING KING. Upon checking in I was given a smoking king. I totally understand that mistakes may happen. From the room I called the front desk about the room mixup.. The person who answer the phone was very sorry and was about to correct the problem. However the manger (I assume) in the background telling the staff member that I did book a smoking room and they can not make any accommodations. At that point I went down to the office to speak with that person. Long story short he indicated that I was lying about make a Non-Smoking room reservation. Side note, I am a non-smoker and never been a smoker! I then pulled up my reservation on my cell phone to prove to him that I did reserve a non-smoking room. Again I totally understand making mistakes and I would like to think i'm a very forgiving person, however don't call me a liar due to your mixup.
