Horrible experience. Staff has changed however they do not provide all of the information you need which requires more than one trip to the tag agency ( I am now on my 4th trip due to their incompetence in providing me with all of the information necessary). And they are not apologetic at all when it is their mistake. Some of the staff are also rude. I walked in, was asked how I could be helped, told her my situation, and she said hold on. Then preceded to pick up the phone to talk to someone else. There were 5 other staff members in the office who completely ignored me while she helped someone on the phone. No one else was in the lobby waiting to be helped. Awful customer service! Would definitely not recommend this tag agency.
