Nice place right next to the elementary school. Has a 1/3 mile track encompassing a tennis court, jungle gym with wood chip "padding", baseball diamond, a large open field, and a picnic pavilion with two 1 sq. foot grills. There is no water fountain or bathroom so plan accordingly. There are two fire ant nests near the sidewalk but as long as your kids don't go barefoot or in sandals when walking near or crawl around them they will be fine. The local Tornado siren is located next to the tennis court so avoid going there on Saturdays at noon when the city tests them all. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash and cannot leave waste, and there is no smoking or alcohol allowed at the park.
