HORRIBLE!!!!!! I called in on 8/8/16 to get a service appointment. The female 'office manager' gave me a time slot for Tuesday 8/9/16 @ 11. My husband called 30 minutes prior to the appointment asking if he could come early and she proceeded to tell him they just couldn't get to us today. They were 'too busy'. I called the 'office manager' to ask what was going on and she told me she didn't have to explain herself to me and hung up on me!!!! What a horrible representative of their company!!! Do NOT waste your time on these unprofessional people. I called the official Mercedes USA number and the business is NOT even certified through Mercedes!!!!!!! Liars! Call All Star Motors in Edmond.
