I had missing pieces from a game system, they said they would handle it then the employees were rude and condescending. The manager earl says "I'm sorry next purchase I'll give you a good deal" yeah right I'm not returning! 700 bucks for horrible service? I'll take my time and money somewhere that appreciates it.
