I came in during a weekday afternoon in May to look at range hoods. I was the only customer in the Edmond location and was ignored as if I were invisible. I spent about 20 minutes browsing and no one bothered to ask if I needed any assistance. They were either too busy conversing among themselves or assumed I couldn't afford to buy an appliance there. I was not important enough to be acknowledged. So I left and bought an expensive range hood at Hahn Appliance. They did not ignore me. I would give Metro Appliances zero stars if I could. How can a business remain profitable if it consistently ignores potential customers? Don't judge a book by its cover. A negative reputation is difficult to overcome.
