Manager is RUDE. From the moment my husband and I walked in the door, she acted like she had no interest in helping us get a loan. She would only look at and ask questions to my husband--even though I was the only one with the answers! Then, she had the nerve to tell me not to be rude when I said no thanks to a $200 loan and told her it was a waste of my time. In February, we went in and dealt with a very nice guy that worked there, and he was going to get us a $400 loan when my husband made half as much money and had only been at his job for a month! And that guy actually acted like he cared and genuinely wanted to help. When I mentioned that to her, all she had to say was, "Times change." Needless to say, I will not be back there again. Thank you for helping me see that this is not the company to do business with if they allow their managers to treat customers with such disrespect when I came in with a smile and good attitude and was just treated like trash.
