HORRIBLE. After having my son drive around loo k ING for a hotel with a indoor pool, I booked a room. We were in town for my grandsons birthday and wanted to go swimmimg! They said absolutely, the poil was open, heated, etc! Got checked in, changed, and went to the pool. All the gates to the pool were padlocked! Seriously??? I had a 3 yr old very upset. I went to receptionist, she called the "manager". He told her it was closed, refused to talk to me! He was busy with family! Wouldn't give a reason why. There were only 2 guest checked in! I got a refund and we drove acrossv town to another, very nice, hotel with a great pool!
Just shocking to me that when I inquired during reservations I was told it was open, then it's not? I will NEVER stay, or recommend, anyone to stay there. The lady at the front desk was very nice, felt sorry for her!
