the substitute carrier(s) can't seem to deliver our mail or packages to the correct address. I must go over to the next street and hunt down my packages. Has happens several times. Regular carrier is awesome but when she isn't working, those other guys can't get it right. We have even told them about it. Also I had a mail "hold" due to vacation, was supposed to receive my mail today 4-19, guess what NOTHING delivered. I get Informed Delivery so I know I have mail coming. What is the deal with these subs? Very incompetent!!!
