I went into this location on March 27, 2009 to check out a chair I had been eyeing. The sales associate said that I could get 10% off and no payments & no interest for 12 months on the purchase, so I went ahead & signed the paperwork to buy the chair. On April 7, 2009 they called me and told me that they couldn't honor that deal I had to pay more, and to cancel the order I was faced with a 20% restocking fee. I tried to work out the issue with management because none of it was my fault, and they did not budge. I reported them to BBB of OKC.
