I was in their store on 5.20.2016 and the staff was incredibly helpful. They were all extremely nice/polite and even helped me pick out the perfect pair of Ray Bans. My salesman Chris DeGrate even went out of his way to order me the new Erika Metal (RB3539) with the Violet frames and the Grey Gradient lenses that he didn't have in store. I walked out pleased with my experience. I also received my sun glasses within the following few days. I am very pleased with my experience.
