Starbucks

I recently placed a mobile order at this location. I arrived early and my drink was not ready-no problem. I continued to wait, several minutes passed the time stated in the app. I finally asked if they had received my order. The barista checked and said, "yeah, we have it" but never looked at me and didn't seem concerned about my order. I did finally received my drink, but onky after several people who ordered after I arrived had received their drinks. I will not be back to this location.

Waited 45 minutes for 2 drinks on a Sunday afternoon. I know it wasn’t the staffs fault, they were doing the best they could. But close to an hour for a coffee???? Absolutely ridiculous!!!! They definitely need to hire more staff and give their current employees a raise for having to deal with such high volume and so little help. I will NOT be going back. No way to run a business.
