I’ve had multiple issues with Sears in the past, but after this one I will not be a customer at this store again. Placed an order for fitness equipment and paid an extra $10 for weekend delivery. Sears called and informed me that it will be delivered between 2:45-4:45 today, and to make sure someone over 18 is here to receive the equipment. An hour after 4:45 and still nothing. Called customer service to figure out what was going on just to get transferred around to three different people. Then was told that they can’t deliver it today, and they will be delivering it Monday. I paid a $10 weekend delivery fee because this is the only day I’ll be home which apperantly is non-refundable if THEY can not make it here during the weekend... On top of that no one thought it’d be important to inform me that they weren’t going to be delivering it today. Can someone tell me where good customer service has went?!
