I went in because my lug bolts broke on my jeep and I couldn't get it home. I was charged nearly $300 to just replace my lug bolts. after they finished they called me to tell me my wheel bearing also needed replaced for another $300. this is upsetting to me because the wheel bearings come with the lug bolts. I refused to let them do the wheel bearing and took it home to my normal mechanic. my wheel bearing is perfectly okay. I had a bad ball bearing. this is unacceptable to me
