The only reason I give them a one star is because I cant give them a zero and post. I tried. I did my 2014 taxes here, after doing them myself for over 30 years without any problems, because we had moved from out of state and also had collected 401K money. I wasn't sure about doing all the changes myself. It went pretty well, but not great. Then I did the 2015 taxes with them since we qualified for the affordable health care, and had received assistance with that. The young girl that did ours both years told me I didn't need to file the 1095-A and 8962 forms. She said they never do this. She e-filed them. Then I got a letter from the AHC with the forms and a letter telling me to add them to my 1040. I went back and showed them to her along with the letter. After much explaining, and arguing with me, she reluctantly refiled them with a 1040-x form which I had to mail in. No e-filing this form. WRONG FORM. Three weeks later I get a letter from IRS telling me the correct forms to send. I did them myself and am now waiting 6-8 more weeks for my refund. I will never go back there again.
