Its horrible you cant leave less than one star! They say one thing and do another! Their properties are run down and DISGUSTING and they wont do anything to improve them! Roach infested! Ant infested! Mold everywhere! We went a week without hot water in the winter time, utilities are ran all different places so tenants are paying other peoples bills! In the summer time, our electric was outrageous because our apt wasnt insulated! Plug ins didnt work! They wouldnt fix anything until we contacted the state health department! We moved out early and they are trying to tack on all kinds of outrageous fees. 1421 E 35th is unlivable and dangerous! There is no reason for the properties to be this way! I dont understand how this place hasnt been shut down yet. AVOID at all costs!
