Payne County Recycling Center

I come here all the time with my kids to recyle plastic. Unfortunately the last couple times we have come the outside looked more like a landfil than a recycling center. Trash was littered all over the back of the facility and all along the fence near by the facility. I understand windy days can make a mess. But this was more than damage from a windy day. This was neglect. I bring my kids here and we recyle to help the earth from having trash spread all over it. Seeing this center in such poor shape shows the opposite of why we recylce in the first place.
