True and Terry Osborn took fantastic care of me. They were able to replace my water pump while I waited, and I was a drive up (no appointment) customer! (Though you can't always expect that level of service with no wait) The service was excellent, and the cost was very reasonable, and fair. The work was high quality, and I feel like my dollars were well spent.
While I don't live in that part of the city, I will definitely make the drive back for future radiator or related repairs.
If you are questioning where to go for service, I'd absolutely recommend going to Osborne Radiator.
Just an additional note, the little taqueria about a 3 minute walk south and east was a nice place to grab a bite while waiting.
