Over priced service department. Went in for an oil change and an estimate on fixing a wiring problem. I showed them exactly where the wires were located that needed fixed. They were going to charge me close to $200.00 to splice my wires back together. I told them no over the phone and they still charged me $50.00 for disconnecting my negative battery cable. Who does this? I could have made the repair myself for 15 bucks or less. I just wanted an estimate on it and explained this to the tech advisor and the office lady. Just take my advice and save yourself the hassle and some money and go elsewhere for service or estimates. That $50.00 would go a long way in my household, now we will do without.
