Nam-Hai Oriental Food Market

One of our favorite oriental markets in Tulsa. They have a lot of all kinds Asian and Indian foods, spices and condiments and a huge selection of fresh vegetables which are generally very low priced but good quality. They also have cooking and eating utensils. Most of the veg is labeled but not all so you do need to have some knowledge but it's generally pretty easy. There is also a Pho restaurant in the building and a liquor store with many Asian beers.

Too much msg and bad stuff in most prepared. That said seafood selection and price is top notch. Organic items rare but there and excellent rice selections as well as bulk pricing
