I was there way to long. I took my car in for a airbag recall and my dash got broken in the process which they said they would replace at no cost to me. No one told me how long I would be waiting. I also had my transmission oil changed almost a year ago so its under warranty as of right now .I told them I wanted them to check and see because I could feel it slipping. They wanted to keep my car but they couldn't give me a car to drive while they had mine. Well you broke my dash while you had my car I would think you could provide me something. I don't think I was treated very well. I didn't feel like that they appreciated my business at all.
