***USE CAUTION*** Horrible! I had to continually contact the office for x-ray results 3 weeks after the x-ray was done. I was automatically scheduled for an appointment without my permission or knowledge. The following month I was billed for a no show. I attempted for a 2 weeks to contact the office manager, Tracy, left voice mails and she never would return my phone calls. When I was finally able to make contact with her, she informed me that it's not their fault that I missed the appointment. I informed her that I was not made aware of any appointments, that I was not given a card for the appointment, no phone call, no e-mail, no text, no letter, nothing notifying me that I had an appointment. She stated it is not their fault. When I asked if there was anything I signed or any proof they had that I made an appointment, she could not show me anything but still expected me to pay for the no show fee. The people seem nice but given the facts I will not be going back and will not give them any recomendations. This just seems like a scam.
