I'm shocked to see all the bad reviews on here. We were with Ecoshield as well before Massey took over. We were pleased with Ecoshield and didn't notice any drop in service after. Every time I've called the different receptionists have been super friendly and we've had no issues getting stuff retreated for free if a problem remained. They've even come out for free between treatments if a new problem cropped up.
