The Mane Man III Salon

I have a business meeting on Friday. I've had a good experience at this location in the past, so I decided to go back to get a trim yesterday. I have fairly short hair and a basic style, so I didn't think this would be troublesome for any stylist - I was wrong. The stylist (I never got her name) did not seem to know what she was doing. She insisted on parting my hair opposite to how I wear it, even after I asked her to cut it the other way. "I can do it this way or down the middle," she said. This isn't the end of the world, but seriously - you're telling me that you can't handle just taking my hair the way it is and, you know, making it shorter? At one point after she started cutting, she said, "Whoops, I forgot to do your perimeter. I guess I shouldn't try to rush." Needless to say, this does not inspire confidence in the person hacking away at my hair... By the time I walked out of there, I looked like I was wearing a toupée. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed so that I don't look like Mr. Magoo when I walk into this meeting. I won't be going back.
