Do NOT rent from this man/company. He is a slum lord and will do everything in his power to avoid his tenants. He refuses to take care of his tenants,and act as a PROFESSIONAL landlord should. I would highly recommend that if you see a rental property from this company,turn the other way and forget what you've seen or heard. A pair of lips will say anything,but it's all in ones actions that proves a lot.... he backs his word with nothing.....with that being said,it's all talk!!!!
