Went in today for an oil change, and while the service was fast, some details were overlooked.
In the short consultation I had with the tech, I was told they do a 22 point inspection and that they also vacuumed the front floorboards.
When I got my car back (again, very quickly) the floorboards had not been vacuumed and the old mileage decal was not removed but the new one was simply placed next to it. Neither of these things were a huge deal or an inconvenience for me, they just made me wonder if there were any other steps they may have skipped during the oil change.
Besides this small complaint, I will say they were extremely fast in getting my car in and out of the service bay. Still, enough of a concern that I won't go back.
