Never explained how much I was going to be charged, and I would have to spend time with a rep later to explain the charges. Lastly, I never had a single appointment that was on time. Average late time was 20 minutes from scheduled appointment, with a maximum of over an hour. I could write more, but I bet INTEGRIS will just end up paying to remove this so what’s the point.
