Never had good support. As a power of attorney I was told in order to conduct business for my son while he was out of country they told me they would shut down his bank card and I would become sole heir to his acts. After spending over 21 yrs in the military I gave power of attorney to 3 different people and not once when they conducted business in my name did they shut me down overseas. Either the regs changed ( which they had not) or they are just completely incompetent. They are lazy too. No one has any motivation to do one iota over what their Joe description is. Pathetic. Not sure how they stay in business.
