No customer service. I bought a pair of shoes for my son using a 20% off coupon at noon. After school (3:30 p.m.) my son and I went in to upgrade the shoes (he didn't like the ones I picked out) I asked if I could get the 20% off the exchange and the manager said no. I upgraded the shoes and spent an additional $40 and she still wouldn't take the 20% off. Won't be back in there again. We can't wait for Academy to come to town.
