I'm very disappointed in this company we were charged over double what we were told and never received an actual invoice. I had to find this on a credit card statement and the owner was not helpful at all in trying to resolve the issue he just stayed silent on the phone saying that I agreed to this and that was not the case. I highly recommend to go somewhere else or call DirecTV or Dish Network directly instead of going through a company like this. Very disappointing! I hear them talking about their customer service weekly on the Sports Animal, unfortunately they don't hold true to it.
