Rude. Just plain rude. I think the person's name that I dealt with was Randy. The first time I walked in, he didn't even let me finish my sentence before he cut me off and over talked me. Had he let me finish my sentence, he would have heard that I was talking about something different. He is arrogant, rude and disrespectful. I would never ever do business with him. It is sad because the younger generation is ruining what the older generation built. And from what I understand, the older generation was totally opposite of what is going on now. My advice, go elsewhere.
