Foster Signature Homes builds nice homes and the warranty depart is always responsive, HOWEVER if you are thinking about taking them up on their room conversation don't. I signed a contract at the end of March 2017 and I was told that they would start the construction in 60 days, It has been over 90 day and there has been little to no communication, only one text that the should be contacting me with a start day soon. That was over a month ago. They are good on the big deal, but forget about the small stuff and totally don't care about customer service or good communication.
10/13/2017 - The saga continues. They did finally start the construction on the room, but it has come in spirts and communication on when things would happen has been sparse. The communication has been bad. The person coordinating the effort left during the construction and we didn't hear anything for days and didn't even know he was gone. The had to move one of the light switch that they put behind a door and they cut out the A/C intake vent too big. What we where told it would be quick and take five weeks so far it has taken 3 1/2 months plus a 4 month delay in to starting.
I have NO idea when they will finish the details and the quality of work is sub-part.
Recommend don't buy a house from them
