Terrible customer service. Their manager is extremely hard to work with and will try to strong arm you into staying if you want to cancel your membership. He charged me an admin fee for canceling even though I strongly disagreed with him on the legitimacy of the fee per the contract. The fee was in a miscellaneous section regarding adding and removing members on a multi-person family membership and not in the membership cancellation paragraph. I read the entire contract before signing and the guy acts like I’m dumb for arguing with him. Also they have dubious advertising. You have to pay a large origination fee to get the discounts they advertise. Do not join this gym!!
