We started coming to this location a little over a year ago. It was always a great experience. The food was always good and orders always correct. The staff greeted you when your arrival with enthusiasm. The owner was even there some of the time and visited with us at our table
However, something happened a few months ago and the service started declining dramatically. You are greeted with a mumble (if at all) and the staff acts like they would rather be somewhere else.
The last 4 times I have been, my order had to be remade because it was wrong. The last time was the final straw. My order had to be remade twice. When I went back the second time the sandwich maker was rude and had no manners whatsoever.
I asked to speak with the manager but she did not offer any assistance and also would not speak to me. I finally asked for my money back and was given full refund. The girl at the register was the only person who offered an apology. I appreciated that
I admit that I lost my temper, and for that I am sorry but I have not met anyone this rude in a long time, or this poor of customer service.
I will not be returning.
