I gave them one star because of all the workers standing around on there phone not helping out paying customers. I was trying to Christmas shop today and could not get any help. I noticed another person in their also when we walked in also trying to purchase something behind the glass case before us politely asking for help and being ignored. I really wanted to buy a some cameras for the kiddos and some pocket knives.also would of bought a ps4 and an Xbox and a couple of bluray players.but could not get any help.seems like everyone wanted to help the only other customer in the store trying to Jew them down on a fender guitar.so we left after waiting 20 minutes.went to cash america down the road and got the help we needed in seconds. I spent over 600.00 there we you guys could of had my business and repeat business but I will never walk into this place again. On Nov.30 at around 1:00 pm today at the south Peoria location.
