Purchased a groupon offer for a couples massage at the beginning of February, I tried calling to schedule an appointment but never got a response, I left multiple voice messages and called at different times. Finally my boyfriend was able to get a call back for scheduling. The owner handled everything through text messages and said she had to availability until May (3 months later!). Finally the date had arrived, so a day before our appointment we confirmed our schedule and everything was good to go. I was worried because there are mixed reviews online and most of them have to do with scheduling conflicts and cancelled appointments. The day of our appointment we get a text saying that she had lost? her therapist and couldn't find a replacement; even though we had confirmed with her the day prior. We decided not to reschedule since it was a waste of time with poor customer service. If the deal is still on Groupon do NOT purchase it, it's not worth it.
