Horrible experience!!!! We waited for over 2 hours to be seen. The entire staff was unhelpful and unapologetic. Why make an appt if it takes 2 hours to be put in a room?!?! Finally when we were in the room and hoping for a good experience from then on, NOPE! The doctor was in the room for maybe 1-2 mins (no exaggeration). The entire staff has no bedside manner. The doctor that shares their office with Dr. Hall had patients in and out and their staff greeted clients with smiles. We will not be returning and if you need to see a dermatologist is Stillwater, I can gaurentee that ANY place besides this one would be the right choice. I have never been treated this way before and it is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Zero star rating at best!!!!!
