Let me start by saying their pizza is great, and the pepperoni rolls are awesome. However, customer service is seriously lacking. I called in an order recently, the person on the phone happily took my order down, and I hung up. I waited 30 minutes, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was informed that they didn't actually have what I ordered (although it was on the online menu--it was the "Pizza of the Month"- AND the person on the phone took the order)...and I needed to choose something else. No attempt to correct the issue other than "Sorry, order something else." Needless to say, I did not order something else and it will be awhile before I try this place again. Please manage better, because the pizza is great!
