Wow, that statement "from the owner" cannot be further from the truth. I just moved here a few months ago and thankfully will be leaving soon and have used CVS for years. Unfortunately, it must be an Oklahoma thing cause they are HORRIBLE. I have had three instances where two of my doctors have called in Rx and after waiting a few hours to go pick them up, the staff either tells me they don't have it or it still sits on the fax. I have confirmed with my doctors that they were sent while I was still in their office. I then have to wait at least 30 minutes for the staff to fill it while they gossip behind the counter. Once I move, I hope my new home has a Rite Aid nearby.
