My Family and I switched over to Cricket from ATT and it has already been one of our best experiences, by far. We brought over our 3 numbers from ATT and kept our phones as well. My First experience when walking into the store was very welcoming with a relaxing environment. I was greeted by both employees, and felt comfortable asking questions. The young man who helped us with our service, Ryan, was very polite, and he didn't make my wife or I feel rushed. We asked quite a few questions, and he was able to answer for all of them. I've been in a managers shoes for ten years + and I was very happy with the way he handled everything. I will definitely be doing business with him again. very happy customer.
