After working all day the last thing I want to have to do is plan a workout, that is why I love the group classes. I show up and let the professional staff challenge me. Jen is a great instructor and makes it a point to give beginner and advanced options to meet your needs. She will make you sweat all while encouraging you to push yourself to achieve your fitness goals. She genuinely cares about getting you fit in a positive, judgment-free way. I love the variety of classes offered and am amazed how fast the hour goes by when working out and having fun. Once you try BA Wellness you will be hooked on fitness.
