Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Absolutely disgusting and TERRIBLE service! Have never ONCE got our order correct they ALWAYS put cheese on my daughter's hamburger, even when I make it clear to NOT TO. How hard is it to READ the order on the screen!? The cheeseburger I ordered today 4/21/18 must have been sitting there all day the cheese was hard and the lettuce was Brown... GAG Me! I am going to stop eating here and take my money to Hobo Joe's and get a better quality burger to eat.
