I took my car in to have my heater core checked. Thought it was having issues. They gave my car to a tech by the name of Reggie. He kept in touch and kept me updated the whole time they had my car.
Short story. The heater core was fine. But he had my car looked over with a fine tooth comb, and found several other things was wrong. $2600 in labor alone. He got it all serviced under the warranty I had, which I had no clue there were other problems, or covered by warranty. 10,000 miles later, my warranty would have been obsolete. Couldnt be happier!!
