The salesperson was outstanding. He knew Honda products. We appreciated very much his patience explanations and knowledge of the 2 vehicles we were interested in. He played a major role in our decision to purchase the Honda car. I would rate his job 10 on a 10 point scale.
After agreeing on the terms of the purchase we were sent to the finance man. He was rude, impatient, and aggressive to sell a warranty to the vehicle. We were not interested in a warranty and declined. His conduct almost cost Bob Howard Honda a sale.
