Better Built Portable Building

Pure evil! I put down more than half the payment on my Better Built Building. The delivery men could not move it into my front yard that is only 20 ft from the road because the soil was too wet. It ended up my neighbor's yard for weeks causing a problem with other neighbors and the city. When I called to let BB know that I was uncomfortable with the building being there, the rude lady said "How about we just come by and take it"? No reassurance of any kind. The second move was where the city said was ok at first but after the move the inspector said we have to move it once again. BB said they would have it moved but it will cost us. We had to cut a tree and pay for the 3rd move. We were fine with that. Same as the first, the movers couldn't get it in the right place because of the soil was too wet. My husband paid them $100. for the effort. I called BB and asked if the mover's were experts, why didn't they know the ground was too wet and made the same mistake twice? Again they we're rude, said it was my fault and to call the moving company even though I buying it though BB. So I called the mover and not only did he rudely yelled at me, telling me that were a different contracted co. and it was my fault.As he tried to argue with me, I kept my cool but he finally got his way and made a promise never to return again. I called BB and again they were very rude and unwilling to help. A week later my husband, brother in-law and neighbor had it moved in an 1 1/2 hours right were it needed to be. I was done with this and moved on. So I thought... a few weeks later I got a text not a phone call for me to look at my email. In the email it said since they can't move it where I wanted it, they were coming that Monday to take it. This whole experience was very insulting to me and it took over 3 months for my building to be put in place. What did I do.... I emailed back and told them that if they wanted to breach our contract it will cost them $10,000. Never heard from them again. By then I had paid 3 payments and a few weeks later I paid them off.I love my building but folks go some where else. Better Built you know who I am and you suck!
