Best Buy

As a former employee for Best Buy I am disgusted with their return / exchange policy, and also their so-called fake extended warranty nonsense, my mother went into this Best Buy to buy a PlayStation 4 that I had received on Christmas I plug it in the unit is non-responsive and defective out of the box, I did not take it back to this Best Buy after calling them explaining my situation as they said they would not take the PlayStation 4 back for return or exchange, luckily I went to the North Little Rock, Arkansas Best Buy and they exchanged it out with no problem at all, to the person who sold my mother a Star Wars Battlefront 2 PlayStation 4 bundle shame on you! There was an active recall on these units yet you never told my mother about it instead you were looking to get your sales up and she said you were very rude and unprofessional when trying to sell her the product, I think the guy's name was Rodney or Jeremy or something he also said he was a manager then why the hell did I never meet him when I worked at this Best Buy? Word of advice don't go to this Best Buy and buy online from Newegg or Amazon again shame on the person who sold my mother a bad PlayStation 4
