Went in for a more obscure printer cartridge and ended up talking with Jacob about computers. He was able to yeah me some information to help narrow my choices down to what would work for my family. It wasn’t the typical sales pitch. He knew his computers and had real answers for my questions and area of concern. I’m definitely going back when Jacob is there.
