BancFirst

I love BancFirst, I do. But I have had some things happen at this branch that didn't quite make sense. Once I went to deposit a check and asked for some of it back in cash. I was told that "because of my balance, they would need to deposit all of it." Now, if I had a negative balance or something, I might understand that, but that was not the case. I drove from the drive thru window to the ATM and withdrew the amount of money I had been wanting in cash. Makes it look like the teller was just too "busy" to do more than just deposit the check. And occasionally when I come to this location the wait time is ridiculous. I'll stick to my small town branches.
