This is by far the worst experience my family and I have had renting a vehicle. The hour+ wait for a reserved pick up. The broken tail light preexisting and them unable to replace or upgrade the rental. After two days we returned the vehicle and an almost two hundred dollar surprise. They did not honor my military discount, double charged for one way and mileage. We tried to fix it over the phone with corporate, but the attendant closed the account before fixing the oversight. As a frequent car rental consumer I will never use their services, or lack thereof, again.
