Be careful when renting from this company, we paid our $60 application fee and the $250 reserve property fee and was approved on a Friday. Sunday we went to show our parents the property and they already had moved someone in on Saturday. Monday morning I went and got our reserve property fee back. The lady in the front office said that her boss had moved people in and didn't tell her. She also said that he did this with another property and another couple in Broken Arrow. I was lucky I got our fee back because she hadn't deposited the money yet but the other couple was going to have to wait because she had no access to the bank account and they were throwing a fit. I told her I wasn't throwing a fit because if this is how they run they're business then they did me a favor. Why make people put a reserve property fee if they don't reserve the property!? And now we are out the $60 for the application fee! Beware the shady practices of this management company!
